If you create an account, we also store your login email and any profile information you provide. Authentication is handled securely through our platform provider.

We do not currently collect location data, biometric data, or sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for the features described above.

To notify you about product launches, shade availability, and related news you signed up to receive.

To improve our shade-matching recommendations, product development, and customer experience.

We keep waitlist and quiz data for as long as needed to fulfill our launch communications. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

If you access our app from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the app, you consent to that transfer in accordance with this policy.
